The economic production quantity (EPQ) assumed a continuous distribution , Inventory Management Program and the general case, are a perfect production or distribution of such single situation, and so this situation with great differences in the industry, The actual production will produce bad products, and distribution, not all the way to full production after the completion of a distribution. Therefore , this study is in line with the actual situation, of sub-sub-distribution model, expected the optimal lot size and shipments, to make annual inventory costs are minimized. The study of distribution methods, manufacturers at the time of production, the first for a delivery to meet customer demand at the time, then a quantitative way up to n times and distribution customers. Including manufacturers and customers of inventory holding costs for the construction of mathematical models to consider, and to derive the expected total inventory costs are minimized in the case, obtain the optimal lot size and shipments, exemplify the analysis , hope that this study will respond to the actual situation, providing the industry distribution of decision-making basis for reference.
