After analyzing 358 questionnaires, we found that: 1. Just perception of group members who accepted group rewards is significantly higher than those who accepted group punishments; 2. Just perception of group members who accepted equal distributions is significantly higher than those who accepted contributed distributions; 3. In the condition of group rewards, just perception of group members who accepted equal distributions is significantly higher than those who accepted contributed distributions, but just perception of group members who accepted contributed distributions is significantly higher than those who accepted equal distributions in the condition of group punishments; 4. Just perception of members’ high beliefs is significantly higher than those whose low beliefs. The practical applications are discussed on the basis of the findings in the study.
