Analyze performance ratio by using Solar Pro simulation software of actual and simulated data for comparative to find out the error in order to improve simulation accuracy of photovoltaic generation system. By modifying the irradiation of the software can simulate the average power output of up to 98% accuracy. Then all regions in Taiwan ITRI statistics daily average power output per kWp for comparison, discussion and analysis of ten sets of solar photovoltaic system generating capacity of the average daily per kWp. To improve the system proposed programs of the poor performance ratio to improve power generation. These thesis analysis northern, central and south areas of Taiwan for optimum tilt angle and azimuth to obtain the maximum generating power. And identify the northern, central, and southern regions and the azimuth angle system settings differences. Best results can be seen from the angle of inclination will not be higher than 23.5 °, azimuth 180 ° or in the main south-oriented.
