We plan to design and manufacture two set of passive magnet bearing systems by permanent characteristic to lighten the axial load of bearing systems and to reduce the loss of wind energy caused by the friction of supporting system. The first one set of permanent magnet bearing is the axial type. It will combine the roller bearing systems supported by the o-operative enterprise to form a hybrid suspension system to lighten the axial load and lower the influence of friction to make the wind generator system to rotating under a small wind force to promote the efficiency. The second set is the hybrid type of permanent magnet bearings, which will combine the axial and radial magnet bearings in one set to form a new type support. Furthermore, we will set the support to a small generator to form a whole magnetic suspension small vertical wind generator to further promote efficiency and to enable the wind-driven generator system to apply to more common environment. In addition, we will also perform an optimum program for the design of the axial permanent magnetic bearing in this plan. If we must carry on different load capacities for the axial permanent magnet bearings in future, we can develop the bearing according to the calculating result of this program.
