This simulation method can be easily combined with volume based rendering and other surgical simulation methods for bone and soft tissues. Therefore, a complete face plastic surgery system from cutting, peeling soft tissues, burring or repositioning bone or implant, folding back and suturing soft tissue can be used for confirming and rehearsing surgical modality.
