Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 生物醫學工程研究所 === 99 === In the Taiwan Blood Services Foundation, the blood products delivered in different transport temperature can be divided into three categories: red blood cells at temperature of 1 ~ 10 ℃, platelet at temperature of 22 ~ 24 ℃ and plasma under a temperature of -5 ℃. The method was used for the transport of blood with or without phase change material, and placed on the middle and lower position to understand the required time for storage temperature of blood products while delivery. The use of 5 frozen phase change materials collocated with insulated box to deliver red blood cells made the holding time of 12 hours and 54 minutes better than which not use of 6 hours and 58 minutes; installing mat inside insulated box up and down and around, by which the holding time was greater than 15 hours that is the best result in the experiment. Without constant temperature equipment of 22 ℃, a large cardboard box should not be used for delivering platelet. The use of 6 frozen phase change materials collocated with insulated bag to deliver plasma made the holding time of 4 hours and 52 minutes better than which not use of 1 hour and 32 minutes.
