| Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 工業與系統工程研究所 === 99 === For medical services industry, the quality of medical care has been playing an important and crucial role, and with the awareness of patients, the quality of medical care has become more important. However, the quality of medical care is affected by many factors, one of which is a medical radiological technologist due to the most direct contact with patients. Therefore, how to maintain medical radiological technologists to concentrate on working and having appropriate workload has become an important and useful research topic.
The purpose of this study is to satisfy all conditions for the establishment of the staff schedule and quickly, to keep the medical radiological technologists in a good working condition. Medical radiological technologist scheduling is a typical, annual, without-holiday schedule which contains three shifts a day. The scheduling rules consist of not only mandatory restrictions of government-related regulations (e.g., Labor Law), hospital internal regulations, staff requirements and staff skills, but also soft restrictions of allowing a medical radiological technologist having pre-scheduled vacations and shifts. Hence, this scheduling problem becomes a complex scheduling problem.
