At present, in the intensive care center,oxmiter is used to moniter patient’s vital sign. In the literature ,most studies used oximeter in acute stage of stroke only. There’s no reports to study the correlation of oximeter and outcome of stroke. Therefore, The purposes of this study is to use oximeter and pulse concentration, to provide a compare stroke patients and normal person. We compared the oximeter concentration of 34 stroke patients with 94 normal human beings, using a standardized procedures by the same surveyor to reach a certain reliability and validity. There is statistically signficant finding in oximeter concentration stroke patients compared with normal persons﹒But there is no statistically signficant with pulse，Because to pulse is same of heart rate﹒This is very important for evaluation stroke patient.
