Beside enhanced the stability, the research contains the capacitor type, voltage, temperature and the size of area, in order to has the best stability for operational amplifier. The research circuit contains the MOSFET and the PIP (Poly to Poly) and MIM (Metal to Metal) capacitors, and focuses on characteristics、 stability、 size、and suitability to do comparative and analysis. The software HSPICE of Synopsys Company is mainly used to design circuits and simulation. As well, in the circuit design, the Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor devises are offered by National Chip Implementation Center. Based on the 0.35μm regular processes of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacture Cooperator, the comparative, design, analysis of operational amplifier have been achieved. 李元彪 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 44 zh-TW
