The electrical powers are come form secondary battery and Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC). The purposes of fuzzy control are to deal with the problem of power sharing and to control the power output with real time for loading power variation. Fuel cell which it is in steady state can supply the power to load and secondary battery charging. And the secondary battery, which the system is in transient state or the output power of fuel cell is exceed to it’s tolerate power, can supply the power to load.
