| Summary: | 碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 健康產業管理研究所 === 99 === The long-term care facilities grew up to 377.4% from 2000 to 2010 shows the increase of demand. The consumers how to choice the long-term care facilities when they face the difference of style, care method, cost, and business model is the purpose of this study. The questionnaires were to survey 81 residents and 135 resident‟s families whom reside in long-term care facilities in Taichung. The results of this study found when the residents with young age, high education level, non spouse, and non religion did not take care the different degree care according to bodily barrier. Besides, the clean sanitation of the facilities was the major important factors in residents and resident‟s families. The next factor is staffs. According to the results of this study, the new generations more focus on the cleanness and the attitude and profession of the staffs. This study provides the government and long-term care managers the direction and strategy in the future.
