Summary: | 碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 健康產業管理研究所 === 99 === Background:The traditional concept of fortune-telling is used to be the important tools of recognizing and selecting staffs from the old ages. Recently the rapid growth market of the high knowledge economic periods, all big companies need the supports of staffs. In the limited budget to select the right staffs is the most major problem to solve nowadays.
Objectives: The study aimed to export the topics about the recognizing and selecting staffs in traditional concept of fortune-telling form the managers. How to create the advantages by the right way to select staffs are the most important issues to the modern company. The excellent staffs are not only the most significant treasure, but also the basic foundation to the business forever.
Method: This study used the qualitative research to understand the recognizing and selecting staffs in traditional concept of fortune-telling from CEO by Expert interviews. The quantitative research is formation by creating the semi-constructive questionnaires from the qualitative research. To use the numerology research method is the main tool, then following the case depth interview method, to screen the function and effectiveness of recognizing and selecting staffs.
Results:Finally, the quantitative research data is tested to the hypotheses via the statistic analysis. The results will be the reference to the CEO to recognize and select staffs and to lower down the cost of human resource management smoothly.
