A long period of high-stress situations will adversely affect the health of the body. This study studies the long-term stress on universities graduate, using an HRV instrument developed by Professor Terry Bo-Jau Kuo to measure autonomic nervous physiological signal with five minutes of heart rate variability analysis, and bases on previous academic research of frequency analysis in the total power, sympathetic activity and parasympathetic activity, sympathetic and sympathetic analysis of balance. At the same time, we build an autonomic nerves health manage website which helps a subject to be observed by his long-term changes in. To understand his stress conditions may help to adjust lifestyle. Also we use an occupational stress scale with reliability and validity in this study as a control, observed differences from physiological signals. The case of a female graduate student is remind that whose physiological signals have abnormal conditions, and she is detected by a physician that she has arrhythmia. Another female graduate student is in a state of stress overload, trend analysis of physiological signal detection and scale reflect the status of all. The other male student maintains his physiological signals normal, but the case has high blood stress, so physiological measurements will be the situation of low value. Therefore, autonomic nerves health manage website and occupational stress scale management station can be timely to remind the subjects who had abnormal situation. Through this study of autonomic nerves health manage website which combines five minutes, non-invasive heart rate variability and autonomic nervous system analyzer, and detection of occupational stress scale, to create a stress management service model, can remind the subject''s state of health requirement on time.
