| Summary: | 碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 健康產業管理研究所 === 99 === How to upgrade the existing health care system effectively under the limited medical resources and do not affect the quality of health care in facing the aging, low birth rate and family structure changed is the today’s important welfare policy issues. By the end of 2009, the statistics provided by Ministry of Internal Affair are: the ratio of national elderly population is 10.63%, the aging index is 65.06%, and the elderly dependency ratio is 14.55%; every seven of the population has to raise an elderly. In Ilan, the elderly ratio is 13.01%, the aging index is 81.58%, the elderly dependency ratio is 18.31%, and every five of the population has to raise an elderly. From the above data, the aging degree in Ilan is severe and the social stress is worse than the national average. Therefore in this study, the degree of awareness and acceptance of the Telehealth system, disease management and health promotion by the non-urban population and medical care-taker were discussed. We hope that the result of this study will promote the development of the Telehealth system. From the result of this research, the prominent awareness and acceptance of those with network facilities and communication tools have positive correlation. The willingness to use the Telehealth equipment accounted for 72.69%. There is a significant difference between the public and health care staff upon Telehealth awareness and acceptance. The awareness of Telehealth system has significant difference between the nursing home and medical staff, but the acceptance has no siginificant difference. Therefore, if the Telehealth system can be solved legally and the health care expenses can be included in the National Health Insurance, the development of the Telehealth system will be done. Let care be far-reaching ubiquitously, and fulfill the ideas of ‘aging in place’ and ‘successful healthy aging’ for the senior.
