Global warming, rise in sea level and the climate change decrease the population or resource users of the whole world, threatening humans’ lives and properties. In 1992, these phenomena were discussed in the first Earth Summit. Many attendant countries proposed a concept of “sustainability”. Recently, the term “sustainability” has been applied broadly in many industries. Every industry spares no effort to save the environment. So far, no industry consumes more resources more than construction industry does. Producing and delivering materials, constructing, and tearing down the construction afterwards, considerable resources need to be used in each cycle. The ultimate goal is to provide a good living environment for humans. Old but useful skills are persisted in the process of the construction life cycle. Among those skills, only those ones advantageous to human society will be continued, and those disadvantageous ones will be modified to be advantageous to be applied in human society. Yet, among those disadvantageous ones, some of them may beneficial to the ecological environment, yet they are not reserved. In terms of this point of view, past and recent skills favorable to the ecological environment are collected in this study. Integrating with future development, the author connects hardware construction skills of the development of the ecological environment in a broad-scale aspect, establishes the interface between human society and the ecological environment in a meso-scale aspect, and reforms the living spirit in human society in a small-scale aspect. By establishment of hardware, innovation of soft ware, and use of virtual reality, the main idea of this study is to find a new direction for human society to sustainably develop. The community of Israel is regarded as the small unit. Combines all kinds of ecological engineering faced. Build the general community as the ecological community from residence of the community dispersing outwards. Make use of this to make the whole city green a bit.
