Therefore the accuracy of insurance payment estimation of automobile car body
determine the performance of the insurance company. This research makes use of two
stage regression models to analyze the accuracy of insurance estimation. By Mill's
lambda value significance, we can apply two stages regression model to avoid more
sample bias when traditional regression model applied. Besides, Heckman sample
choice model has better prediction ability than the traditional model.
