Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 99 === The purpose of this study is job stress, intro-group conflict, job satisfaction and employee performance comparative analysis in Taiwan and Mongolia. A specially designed questionnaire is research object is Taiwan and Mongolia employee, the study use convenient sampling method. Among the 200 pieces in Taiwan questionnaires distributed, in Mongolia the among 150 pieces questionnaires distributed, a total of 350 questionnaire questionnaires distributed , incomplete and invalid questionnaire respondents in Taiwan and Mongolia. So the effective rate was 84% in Taiwan and Mongolia 71%.The results showed that job stress and intro-group conflict has a negative significant impact on job satisfaction; job stress and job satisfaction have a significant impact on task performance; job stress and job satisfaction have a significant influence on contextual performance.
