So Taiwanese pepole who wanted to avoid getting skin damage with strong ultraviolet light in the summer season. Using the Skin whitening in Taiwan is a very important issue. There are many kind of Skin whitening agents usually applying on Cosmetics Industry such as Tranexamic acid, Viamine C, and. Arbuin etc. Tranexamic acid was choose in this study because of it''s a kind of more stable compound among the whitening agents. Originally it is one of efficient and very usual using compound in platelet substitute products. The Colorimetric analysis method and the electrochemistry methord were applied for quantitive test of Tranexamic acid after the percutaneous absorption experiments has been performed. The Colorimetric analysis method is rarely used on percutaneous absorption experiments to assy the amound of the compounds which were pass through the skin membrans. Tranexamic acid is a kind of amino acid. According to the lectures recently amino acid is assied usually by Colorimetric analysis method. Four kind of products has been prepared one is a product including tranexamic acid only. The other are including tranexamic acid and a kind of percutaneous absorption promoting agent respectively. There are three kinds of percutaneous absorption promoting agents including Propyl Glycol(PG), Glycerin, and 1,3-Butylene glycol(1,3-BG). The pig skin membran was choose to perform percutaneous absorption here. The results showed that the product without Promoting agent has been tested to spent a lot of time when the peak is apparently on the applying Colorimetric analysis method. The absorption peak at the wave lenghth 570nm was applied on Colorimetric analysis to assy the amound of passed tranexamic acid. We found that among the percutaneous absorption promoting agents could help tranexamic acid went thrugh the skin membrans. Based on the results of among the producs which include promoting agents showed that the ratio to the amounds of tranexamic acid of the product without promoting agent, the product including PG is 4.3 times, including Glycerin is 5.07 times, and 1,3 BG is 3.45 times of on the photoabsorption tests respectively. And glycerin is the best promoting agent. Because it has needed the showest time to monitor and has assied the largest amound of the passed tranexamic acid was detected.
