People can shop at home, pay and wait for the goods. The distribution operation problems have got great attention in the logistics industries. Order picking is the core part in the entire logistics and distribution processes. The purpose of this study is to reduce costs and improve efficiency for the case company by planning and managing picking system. Lean Production can help companies to establish standards of the enhance processes speed; Six Sigma statistical methods can be used to count the error, and resolve deficiencies; Lean Six Sigma was combined with Lean and Six Sigma, it's provides a systematic and a data ways to increase speed of the processes, and reduce time to improve quality of product. The purpose of this study has be use Lean Six Sigma to application in order picking processes. By apply Lean Six Sigma of DMAIC analysis: First, understanding the product of cycle, with the efficiency of processes cycle to calculations and quickly determine problems. Second, to propose effective improvement, and in the process has to definition case company's current status and problems, then to measure the current processes cycle of efficiency, and to analysis processes find out basic problems. Finally, to propose and has to the improvement, then to establish an improvement continuous control of mechanism, and expect to continuous operation. As a result, through improved of processes cycle the efficiency (PCE), from the original of 12.4% to 16.7%, increased of 4.4%, the processes time was reduced to from the original 5,303 minutes to 3,795 minutes, substantial reduction of 28%; the effectiveness of these improvements are use to Lean Six Sigma of technique and quick to find out more unnecessary waste, then solve the problems and immediate improvement and has being a result.
