| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理學系碩士班 === 99 === Green architecture is the area that has been competing by a lot of nations in recent years. Because of national security, the promotion of green architecture by the military is relatively slow, but the Defense Department has instructed all military units to the extent possible to promote green architecture. However, the application of green architecture in the military has never been having a comprehensive study. This research is using this as a starting point. This study first uses the nine indicators of current domestic green architecture to examine those items needed to be considered in the air force base. Then this study, through literature reviews and expert questionnaires, establishes the evaluation framework for the application of green architecture in the air force base. Major factors in the framework and minor factors for each major factor are determined. Finally, the Hsinchu Air Force Base is used as an example to study the problems encountered when the assessment framework is applied. The Delphi method is adopted to evaluate those factors in the framework and to study the solutions and strategies for the problems encountered in the case study. It is hoped that the obtained results can be used as a future reference guide for applying green architecture in the air force base.
