The reason for making project team is an important issue. In the searching member progress, relations and personal characteristics are indispensable reasons. In the past researches, there are fewer issues talking about social network with job performance. This research tries to use social network and big five model mentioned by Goldberg(1993). From various aspects, this research showed relations in the class. This research discussed students project using social network questionnaire to realize different human characteristics and forming team reasons. This research result showed personal characteristics have significant importance for project performance. In social network, students have higher centrality have better performance. Based on the social network analysis, teachers can provide effective assistance for students.
