However, this study ignores the tourism system, actors in different individuals (the people in tourism activities and things) of the relational structure. In fact, a tour, or between people of different tours and things interactive, complex system is a form in which the individual is not in the tourism process independent, these individuals will not only interdependent but also interaction transmit messages between each other to form a complex network. This study is using social network analysis to explore the statistics of the Taiwan government's Bureau of the most popular recreational attractions are a network of relationships, the use of the Tourism Bureau and the recommendations of county and city governments are planning to build a popular travel attractions, recreational social network charts to understand how the Government planned to set up an effective tourist attractions in the activities and facilities.
