Researches demonstrated using appropriate information technology into instruction promoted learning performance. This research applied mobile creative learning web pages. Learners use mobile devices in creative thinking learning. We designed the creative thinking learning activity which applied mobile phones as learning devices in the university course. We discussed the difference between pretest and posttest in the designed experiment. The learning objectives are freshmen students. The experimental group applied mobile phones, and the control group learned in traditional classroom. The main contribution we found are as follows: (1) In this research, 67% learners agree the mobile learning system is helpful for them. They agree this system is easy to use and appropriate for learning. (2) According to ANCOVA posttest analysis, the learning performance in experimental group is better than in control group.
