Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系碩士班 === 99 === Technical colleges is an important cradle of cultivating Industries professionals. At present, technical colleges use digital teaching platforms to provide students with digital teaching content, which can allow technological and vocational students to learn in an environment with no space or time constraints. However, there is a lack of domestic research exploring the impact and effects of using digital learning platforms in technological and vocational higher education. This study analyzed the relationships among environmental factors, personal factors, satisfaction and loyalty at technological and vocational schools in the northern region of Taiwan. Using stratified convenience sampling, this study selected 408 students from Taipei city and New Taipei city technological and vocational schools as the research subjects. An environmental consciousness scale, self efficacy scale, attitude scale, satisfaction scale, and loyalty scale were administered to the subjects, and t-test, one-way ANOVA, and structure equation modeling were used to analyze the results. The results showed that: (a) consciousness of the environment can significantly predict self-efficacy, attitude, satisfaction and loyalty; (b) self-efficacy can significantly predict attitude and satisfaction; (c) attitude can significantly predict satisfaction and loyalty; and (d) satisfaction can significantly predict loyalty. Based on the findings of this study, discussion and suggestions were made for technological and vocational students and for future research.
