Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系碩士班 === 99 === The tertiary education in Taiwan is currently facing declining birthrate and also overseas universities come to Taiwan to recruit some students. Such situations lead to the fact that many universities do not have sufficient number of students to sustain. In order to solve the problem of the tough recruitment of students in the future, universities and colleges, in addition to passing the relevant assessment conducted by the Ministry of Education, should actively enhance their service quality to meet international standards, hoping to achieve the international level. The service quality of tertiary education has been moved towards internationalization, thus enhancing the school's reputation and visibility. Improving the quality of service, through the ISO international quality authentication, is the best way. At present, the ISO authentication is frequently found in the manufacturing and service industries, but in education services is rare. The tertiary education implementing the ISO authentication is clearly a future trend, and its implementation processes and the administration of relevant measures for improvement are worthy of exploration. This paper presents a case study on a private university's general affairs office of promoting the ISO quality authentication. This paper shares and discusses sharing the implementation processes of counseling steps, the implementation of the standardization of documents and internal audit requirements of the relevant elements for ISO authentication. By sharing these, it is hoped that some recommendations can be made to provide other universities to implement the ISO authentication to promote the quality of education services.
