碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 99 === In recent years, the tourism industries in Taiwan have been moving forward to an internationalized country especially in tourism and recreation. The local governments in Taiwan try to promote agressively the features of different places in Taiwan in order to attract more tourists and travelers from all over the world. In this way, many of the tourists can enjoy the beauty and diversity of Taiwan. The government of Hsin Chu city proposed a project for promoting the tourism industries called “Seventeen kilometers of coastline tour”. The government expects Hsinchu to become an international sightseeing spot; however, the research shows that there are still plenty of rooms for improvement. Therefore, this research paper is mainly discussing the reason why the project is not efficient enough and, at the same tme, to find out a better solution to it. This research paper mainly focuses on four parts. First is to use the literature review and data collecting to rearrange the whole structure. Then, by the way of using Fuzzy Delphi Method, so called FDM, to sort out the reasons why the development of sightseeing assessment is not efficient enough. Third, using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to assess the importance of different criteria and then compare the Fuzzy data, caculate different dimensions, criteria, weight and put them in orders. At last, re-anzlized the data after the weight was being caculated and re-organized. The result shows that the main factor the project should improve is to provide a better guiding service. Hence, by improving the guiding services, tourists and travelers may have more motivations to visit again. For more of that, the facilities for inconvenient tourists should be provided so that they can be more enjoyable during sightseeing.
