Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 99 === This study investigates the impacts of workshop training’s performance on enhancing the teaching profession and effectiveness in Miaoli public elementary schools. The study obtains the following conclusions: (1) different genders have noticeable differences on the workshop training effects; (2) different seniorities vary significantly in the workshop training effects; (3) teachers with different duties show significantly different effects from the workshop trainings; (4) there are perceptible differences in the workshop training effects for teachers with different computing abilities; (5) there are considerable improvements in the professional abilities for teachers who have taken technical courses; (6) there are close correlations between the workshop trainings and enhancements in talents, application to work professional skills, teaching skills, professional development, and administrative supports; (7) there is no noticeable difference among teachers from different scales of school; (8) there is no noticeable difference on improving professional skills for teachers who take academic workshop training courses; and (9) there is no correlation between the satisfaction level of the workshop training and enhancements in professional development, teaching skills, and administrative supports .
