Six four subjects were recruited and 58 static body dimensions were measured. Descriptive statistics was conducted. The data were presented based on the gender and classification and were compared with those in the literature. The results showed that both the stature and weight of males were significantly lower than those of females. A comparison between the results of the current study and those in the Anthropometric Data Base for Taiwanese civilians was conducted. The body dimension for the ten and eleven year-old males are lower than that of Wang’s (2002). However, both the stature and weight of the ten and eleven year-old females were higher than the Wang’s (2002) results. The dimensions of the breast, waist and shoulder of the 10 year-old females were significantly different from Wang’s (2002) results. For the 11 year-old females, several dimensions were also significantly different from those in the literature. The seat height obtained was close to the Japanese school children’s data. The hand and palm lengths were longer with the increase of the age. The pupils have significant difference in right and left-hand among various fingers. The results of this study may be used in designing products and facilities for school children. Kai Way Li 李開偉 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW
