We will analysis and study for the lighting equipment of the National Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. In this research, there are three-procedure to evaluate. The first, field tests the fluorescent and LED light illumination that is popular on the market. We are use of insulating oil as heat transfer media and measurement the T5 fluorescent lamps, T8 fluorescent lamps and LED light emission heat, then cooling it to assess the savings in electricity for the difference of emission heat by air conditioning. The Second, by using the Public Construction Cost Estimate System (PCCES) program to estimate the cost. Finally, estimating the T5 fluorescent lamps, LED lamp cost, power dissipation, carbon reduction, temperature reduce air conditioning electricity savings and cost recovery period. The research results show that replacement the T5 fluorescent have better efficiency and recovery time. This study can be a reference to promote carbon reduction.
