Taiwan is trying to promote the beneficial of using Solar Energy to governmental and non-governmental yet lack of relate regulations to make it more popular. According to Bureau of Energy, 「2009 Eco System static report」, the National Defense energy consumed percentage is only [2.1%]; However, it would increase dramatically by numerous military equipments power consumption. Referring 2008 National Defense report, this study illustrated how Solar Energy applies to military affairs not only save energy but also perform well military tasks as usual. Furthermore, it would gear equipment up easily and provide power without geographic limitation.
