This paper not only deals with the CCI problem solving but also considers the maximiza- tion of FBSs’ channel utilization with quality-of-service (QoS) requirements of femtocell users (FUs) when available bandwidth is saturated. The proposed scheme dynamically ar- bitrates resources distribution among FUs and intelligently allocates co-channel resources with nearby MUs without causing any CCI. Simulation results show that the channel utilization degree of femtocell can be improved further when the condition of MUs’ transmissions without CCI is required. J. H.
