This paper not only deals with the CCI problem solving but also considers the maximiza- tion of FBSs’ channel utilization with quality-of-service (QoS) requirements of femtocell users (FUs) when available bandwidth is saturated. The proposed scheme dynamically ar- bitrates resources distribution among FUs and intelligently allocates co-channel resources with nearby MUs without causing any CCI.
