This situation will lead to the fact that overly fat exist among people everywhere. People indirectly be exposed in high-risk group of metabolic syndrome. People may cause some kind of cardiovascular diseases, Such as hypertension, diabetes, myocardial infarction and etc. Base on this situation, this research collect all related knowledge on technology first. Making use of mobile device, we design a situation to assist patient in taking therapeutic exercise. In another word, we can use this system to set up corresponding health information database. By recording the related data, not only to induce patients to do more exercises, but also improve the health. This research use Android as the development system. We load user's health information through internet to design some functional scenario. These functional scenarios can induce patient to do more exercise and also record the time of user's exercise, the timing of exercise and ECG information. And then the system will upload all recorded value at every stage to remote database. As to doctor at remote site, they can use the returned information to grasp the patients' problem immediately. Doctor can make diagnosis and treat for patients within shortest time and also offer patient response and advice in good time. In this research, this Mobile Device System we designed combine the application of database and relay processing of HTTP and PHP. We achieve the communication between Mobile Device System and Remote Server and reach Remote Health Trace and Health Care. To reduce the waste of medical resource and also solve the inconvenience of seeking medical advice at remote site, we can create a double win situation between doctor and patients.
