Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 高齡者教育研究所 === 99 === The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationship among learning satisfaction and well-being of the elder. Through questionnaires and analysis of related statistics, it aims at a complete understanding of the relationship, and on the basis of which proposes workable suggestions for the authorities. To obtain this purpose, this study adopts the method of questionnaire survey, and then use “questionnaire on learning satisfaction and well-being of the elder ”as a tool to investigate the elder who is more than 55 years old and take the courses which opened by elder education institutions as samples. The total of valid samples is 849, and the effective recovery is 89.36 percent. After careful survey, conclusions are drawn as follows. 1.Elders show a little bit higher degrees of learning satisfaction. Among those, they are most satisfied with associates relations, and least with school administration. 2.Impact on elders’ learning satisfaction of personal background variables: Include economic situation, education level, retired occupation, and marital status. 3.Elders show a general degrees of well-being. Among those, they are most satisfied with life satisfaction, and least with Social participation. 4.Impact on elders’ well-being of personal background variables: Include age, economic situation, education level, and retired occupation. 5.The elders’learning satisfaction had a significant correlation with well-being. 6.The elders’learning satisfaction could predict well-being. There were four suggestions from the results: 1.To provide multiple administrative service for the elder learners and thus to promote their learning satisfaction. 2.To deliver appropriate curricula , and encourage the elder learners to participate. 3.To provide multiple Community curricula for the elder learners and thus to promote their well-being. 4. To Strengthen the learning satisfaction for the elder learners and thus to promote their well-being.
