Meaningful learning is not only focused on the content of teaching materials and, more importantly, how to cultivate the ability of learners to self-development, and to provide a correct perception of feelings and values. In recent years, as people realize the importance of meaningful learning, many of the new approach of learning have emerged, "concept mapping" is one of them. Learning through concept mapping can help learners to link new knowledge with old knowledge. However, the traditional concept mapping approach to learning will result in the dependence caused by passive learning; Therefore, this study use the concept mapping methods and strategies as a basis, and with the "Scaffold Fading" to make up for lack of learning concept map, learners not only learn the content of course, but also learn how to catch learning focus, and organizational their own concept map. In this study, we use eXtreme Programming to develop an Rich Internet Application, and associated with e-learning platform Moodle to provide multi-interactive learning. We use the concept mapping teaching with the scaffold fading to replace the chapter-based teaching, in addition to assisting learners to learn, also expected to enhance organizational capacity for the knowledge structure, and provide a meaningful learning environment for learners.
