Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 通訊工程研究所 === 99 === This paper proposes a radar positioning system that employs orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM)technology. The positioning performance of OFDM radar is analyzed. Such systems can not only be used for the classical target range measurement, but also has the capability to measure the angular position of targets relative to the radar. Contrary to the range measurement problem, the resolution of different targets is related to the used bandwidth and measurement time and the angular resolution is determined by antenna decoration. Finally, the analytical result is verified by simulations.
