The research method used the document analysis and interview approach to understand the past and the present situation of the training curriculum of Taiwan’s primary school teachers, explore its shortcomings and adjustment direction, and analyze the possibily consistent development mode of the Bachelor and Master training curriculum of primary school teachers. The related research conclusions are as follows: I.The History of the Training Curriculum Plan of Taiwan’s Primary School Teachers The goal of each period in the training curriculum of Taiwan’s primary school teachers is to cultivate the primary school teachers. In respect of admission and selection, it is valued to attract excellent students with mental and physical health to be enrolled and the admission qualification is gradually raised. In terms of curriculum design, the curriculum tends to divide and diverse in adjustment. The practice training curriculum follows the principle of proceeding in an orderly way and the practical training period is mainly a year. As to the qualifications of teachers, the distribution method is adopted due to the implementation of the public expense system. II. Present Situation of the Training Curriculum Plan of Taiwan’s Primary School Teachers The curriculum objective of the training curriculum of primary school teachers is mainly to cultivate excellent primary school teachers and has been developed towards diversity objectives. The training curriculum institutions of primary school teachers are still mainly the original nine Normal Colleges despite the current diverse admission selection and the educated teacher sources. The most basic required standard for the curriculum design of the training curriculum of primary school teachers is the 40-credited primary school teacher program; besides, through the second specialty training, the ability to the job market is to increase. The curriculum design of the training curriculum of primary school teachers has a complete educational practice training system, while the normal departments cultivating teachers can provide the more abundant practical courses. A compromise approach is adopted into the curriculum of the content of the qualifying examinations of teachers. III. Adjustment Directions of Taiwan's Primary Teacher Education Curriculum Plan In terms of the curriculum goal of the primary teacher education curriculum, the future course objective aims at the formulation and examination of the professional standard and the core ability and the implement of enrichment of virtue cultivation and language abilities. In adjustment of admission and selection, quantity regulation will be executed and the elimination mechanism will be set up. The multiple strategies are proposed to select the educated teachers with suitable personalities, related abilities, high willingness and better quality. Curriculum design must be adjusted for the spirit of teacher cultivation, the trend, and career needs. The curriculum design and examination of education practice training will be executed according to the teacher professional standard index in the primary teacher education curriculum. With the increasing and enriching of the practice course appearance as well as the adjustment of the half-year practice training system, the effectiveness of the practice training courses can be improved. It is proposed to adjust the teacher qualification examination for examing subjects and contents as well as the holding mode. It is necessary for different teacher education modes to implement teacher cultivation through clear positioning. IV. The Possibily Consistent Development Mode of the Bachelor and Master Training Curriculum of Primary School Teachers Currently, the Master teachers perform better quality that it is helpful to constantly promote the policy of lifting the degree of the primary school teachers to Master before career; however, it is necessary to ensure the outstanding college students to be able to enter the primary school career. The feasibility of the consistent Bachelor and Master training curriculum of primary school teachers can be increased by multi-aspect supporting measures; however, it is needed to overcome the educated teacher employment and the public expense system lack problems. In addition, the goal of the consistent Bachelor and Master training curriculum of primary school teachers is to specially cultivate primary teachers. It is through the open diverse-sourced select ion and the school examination mechanism to ensure the quality of the students educated with teacher education. Regarding curriculum design, the concept of educating Master of Arts in Teaching and the practice-oriented action research of paper writing is mainly adopted. Besides, by the six-year consistent system, the curriculum planning which is of the whole and corresponds to individual differences is implemented and the ability of the class teacher, expertise and innovation is also respected. The consistent Bachelor and Master training curriculum of primary school teachers is expected to be able to highlight the curriculum features through the more sophisticated the teaching practice courses. In the consistent Bachelor and Master training curriculum of primary school teachers, the performance sorting is made through the teacher examination test as well as other achievements. The related research suggestions are as follows: 1. The Normal Universities are encouraged to take the reduction control measures spontaneously to prevent the waste of resources caused by students’ interruption of the primary school teacher course process. 2. The Normal Universities focusing on the training curriculum of primary school teachers can make effort towards the job market of teaching in public and private or domestic and overseas primary schools. 3. In respect of the Normal Universities focusing on the multi-target development, the aspect of the career demands for the industries related to education is proposed to concern to plan and design the curriculu. 4. The public expense system should be retained to attract talented people and implemented with the compliant standards. 5. To tie in the students of the teacher training with different admission pipelines, the studying period of the consistent Bachelor and Master training curriculum can maintain flexibility being adjusted. 6.Future Research Recommendation: The related research suggestions are proposed for the study objectives, the research of teacher training development, the study of the consistent Bachelor and Master training curriculum plan, the research of a new type of teacher education curriculum plan.
