Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 機械工程學系暨研究所 === 99 === The purpose of this study is to build up dynamic simulation model and established multi-layer cartilage model by infinite element method, in order to simulate plica rubbed against articular cartilage. We reconstructed the finite element model for knee from MRI images, three types of plica also added into finite element model. Dynamic simulation demonstrated that plica moving location to be similar with clinical needles testing. And study the contact force to cartilage with various types of the plica under different fibrous degrees. Moreover, this study developed three-dimensional heterogeneous materials IEM to simulate set multi-layer cartilage model, find out contact stress between the plica and the cartilage of the human knee joint.
