In response to organizational changes and to become more competitive, managers must wisely apply information technology to integrate the internal information and achieve goals. Business Intelligence (BI) is used to organize business information and provide different analysis tools to help managers make decisions. Therefore, with Business Intelligence systems, organizations can identify problem quickly and improve its agility. Despite of many business intelligence studies, there lacks studies to explore the important role of analysis quality. Therefore, this study aims to develop a measurement of analysis quality and further empirically test its nomological validity based on the Information System Success Model. In this study, a survey was conducted and 163 usable responses were collected. The analytical results indicated that the reliability and validity of analysis quality measurement are good. System quality and user satisfaction positively affect intention to use. Information quality, system quality, and analysis quality positively affect user satisfaction. Finally, implications for academics and practitioners are also provided.
