Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工關係學系暨研究所 === 99 === There are 3737 craft unions with approximate 2.687 million members in Taiwan in 2010. That proves the flourishing development of Taiwan’s craft unions. However, this research wonders and aims to study “Whether every craft union can be run and developed successfully?” This research firstly aims to specify which service items urgently needs improvement by focusing on member-service satisfaction in one craft union of Chia Yi area. Besides, organization commitment is one of factors for craft unions to gain members’ recognition and inspire their centripetal force. Therefore, the research secondly studies whether organization commitment affect members’ service satisfaction. Finally, the research is expected to enhance members’ recognition and positive organization commitment; meanwhile, provide industries or craft unions references on member-service policy, service-quality design and policy planning. The research selected one craft union in Chia Yi area as subjects. There are 559 collected questionnaires in total 600 distributed ones and finally 436 valid ones namely 77.99% response rate. After statistical analyses such as T-test, ANOVA, reliability, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analyses, the research results are: 1. The demographic variable of craft union members shows significant difference on service satisfaction. 2. The demographic variable of craft union members shows significant difference on organization commitment. 3. The service satisfaction of craft union shows significant difference on organization commitment.
