Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工研究所 === 99 === This objects of this research are the laborers of the H iron and steel enterprise company. To know the influence of their real behavior of expectancy, expectancy instrumentality, expectancy value, computer anxiety, and end-user computing satisfaction. Meanwhile, to examine the mediation effect of the support role of the information center.
This research is based the questionnaire survey from the laborers of the H iron and steel enterprise company. Altogether I sent out 430 questionnaire, then I collected back 352 copies. Those copies have been examined with T, Single factor variance analysis, Pearson accumulated rate correlation analysis, Level regression analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling, SEM. After the examination of above methods, obtains the following result.
1.Personal expectancy (If the labor can work diligently, he will have better achievement. The relationship between work hard and the good outcome)
The laborers will have actual forward remarkable behavior consistently.
If the laborers expect to have more income, then they will keep taking part in e-learning.
2. The expectancy instrumentality (The task performance causes the specific reward, The relationship between achievements and reward.) The laborers will have actual forward remarkable behavior consistently. If the encouragement and bonus are good enough, then they will keep the laborers taking part in e-learning.
3.The expectancy value (Value of regarding the reward, The relationship between the reward and individual need) The laborers will have actual forward remarkable behavior consistently. If the laborers more value the reward, then they will keep taking part in e-learning.
4.The computer anxiety will give the laborers influence. The laborers will not be interested in e-learning.
5.The end-user computing satisfaction will help the laborers have actual forward remarkable behavior consistently and has the remarkable intermediary effect on the laborers with the computer anxiety.
6.The correlation between the behavior of support role of the information center and the laborers with the computer anxiety will not produce the remarkable mediation results to the laborers’ e-learning.
