Base on military training system, military training instructors are treated differently than regular arm forces and labor forces. This research is aimed to explore military training instructors’ working conditions and their organizational commitment. The samples included military training instructors who served senior high schools in Changhwa, Nantou, Yulin & Jiayi areas. A mailed-questionnaire was applied to collect data and 340 questionnaires were returned with the return rate of 87.67%. Based on the statistical analyses, important findings are shown as following: A. Although the essence of military training instructor employment is similar to dispatched labor, it is more likely multiple employers oriented. B. Due to the long-term training, military training instructors’ obedient characteristics might cause little difference between regular arm forces and high school teachers. C. Regarding to the working environment, for better performance and promotion opportunity, military training instructors in private schools showed higher organizational commitment than their counterparts in public schools. D. Due to multiple employers, military training instructors might have troubles in accountability and responsibility. Key words:Military training instructor, leased work, organizational commitment
