Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 教育學研究所 === 99 === This study used qualitative research case of purposive sampling method to mini-mountain side village school principal for the study of male participants.The goal was to explore the affects of principals' leadership flexible qualities on the organizational culture at school as workplace, the existance of a sense of community within the school and school public relations.
To achieve the purposes, the researcher ultilized in-depth interviews, direct observation of the school context, the analysis of relevant documents and open questionnaire survery on some members of the school. According to the data analysis, conclusions derived from three parts, summarized as follows:
First, the flexible nature shown in the case which the man acting as principal leadership were: encourage members to participate in deciding, be willing and share information with peers, be good at strengthening people's self-worth, be easy to encourage others willing to work, be used to holistic and multifaceted way of thinking, be able to authorize the establishment of good and partnership, emphasis on cooperation and mutually beneficial division of labor model, emphasis the establishment of networks of relationships, and the school is a inclusive organizational relationships cobweb-like structure.
Second, the case of the man acting principal of the flexible nature of the display modes include: emphasis on sharing, flexible persistence, easy going and what comes around goes around.
Third, the principal's characteristics of flexibility was showing leadership on the school organizational culture, creating a sense of community within the school and the school has a positive influence on public relations. Principal leadership qualities help to create a flexible interaction in the school organizational culture, share their personal values to shape a sense of community within the school and build two-way marketing public relations at school.
Lastly, built on the above research conclusions, the author offered some related suggestions to be the reference for the educational administration authorities, elementary school agencies and the future reseach.
