Even if these issues belong to the state's internal problems, but in fact these issues to impact national security is increasingly important. In other words, national security issues with the international and domestic problems linked. The argument for this paper, national identity belong internal factors of national security issues, when a country's turmoil because of internal ethnic identity, cultural identity or institutional identity, it will lead to social instability and a threat to national security, or even cause the foreign Forces involved. Because of the special historical background, the formation of the four major ethnic groups in Taiwan today and multicultural and, therefore, people in Taiwan is not a consensus of national identity, coupled with China's military threat and a variety of united front, so that Taiwan's national identity issue more Complex. Therefore, the core of this paper is to explore the national security and the relationship between national identity and national identity will be divided into ethnic identity, cultural identity and to analyze the system after three levels of recognition applied to Taiwan. Finally, Taiwan's ethnic identity, cultural identity and system identification with Taiwan as a link between national security, through deconstruction of national identity in Taiwan to strengthen Taiwan's national security.
