The main purpose of the study explores the Tshuei teachers dealing with student conflict situations positive and negative emotions. and Tshuei teachers after teacher-students conflict in transformation process of their point of view and their conversion experience for teacher-students conflict, and providing concrete proposals for education teachers and students in dealing with conflicts of provide reference for mediated education teachers to deal with teacher-students conflict and to offer relative research of adult teachers. According to the results of the discussion, summarize the conclusions: 1. Negative attitude of students is the main reason causing the largest teacher-student conflict. 2. Teachers and students face the emotional conflict is rising ,not restrained. 3. Teachers first blame, them reason, and finally communicate in dealing teacher-students conflict. 4. Teachers have negative emotions from disappointment, despair, and work stress. 5. Teachers will have positive emotions from calm thinking and trying to solve teacher-students conflict, which were triggered by the transformation of their point of view. 6. Teachers use diverse ways of adaptation to release their negative emotions and learn to view teacher-students conflict positively. 7. Teachers being adapted in Tshuei class derive from their empathy, learning from teaching, discovering students merits, and the enthusiasm to teach students, these are also the main factors of the transformation of teachers point of view.
