Panel and Back Light Module are taking the share on cost among the rest parts. Take Panel for instance, it is related to the whole cash flow and technical development therefore the strength is happening if which could achieve those factors in control. Back Light Module is another story behind Panel. It is aimed as the theme for thesis that TFT-LCD Panel Makers should include Back Light Module production from head to foot or issue proper demand allocation underneath effectiveness in the name of vertical integration. From the perspective on Back Light Module features, components development and assembly know how are connected to each other, whereas this, Back Light Module suppliers are superior to existing TFT-LCD Panel makers. It is the current course for TFT-LCD Panel Makers to integrate the entire cost monitor and development control perfectly under the stress of cost.It takes other elements (Capacity and Facility) to lead this way and TFT-LCD Panel Makers fail to achieve self-production absolutely. It is issued that TFT-LCD Panel Makers should release the allocation in accordance with positive message along with other data, and in the mean time, also run the strategy with Back Light Module providers by getting win-win mutually under such limitation. Back Light Modules comes with various elements hence this main purpose on this thesis is to explain it is recommended TFT-LCD Panel Makers should seek for a perfect root cause to adjust the demand allocation by going through all and attempt to approach the balance between TFT-LCD Panel Makers & Back Light Module Providers then preserve the profit to response the time of cost.
