However, it also bring out the issue of information security which we need to pay more attention to it. Among all the problem of information security, malicious code has the ability to compromise personal data and business profits. The behavior of malware has been changed from damaging data or system to stealing valuable data. At the present day, the major style of malware tend to be Trojan, Backdoor, Spyware, and other pan-spyware. Because Windows-based system is the operating system platform which has the highest number of users, it allows the developers of malicious code to get more benefit if their malwares work under the windows-based environment. Malwares executed at different Windows operating system platforms, such as XP, Vista, and Windows 7, may not necessarily have same results since those platforms have different core operating designs. Our research focuses on observing the change of pan-spyware behavior characteristics and analyzing the test procedures based on different Windows platform.
