Regardless of the accuracy of medical equipment, building space planning, landscape design, medical process design, power configuration, lighting, water supply, air conditioning, etc., those are important goals of the medical quality. The medical environment in which air conditioning is not only the respiratory system hardware, it is important hospital infection control should be a great item to current domestic existing norms. Now the rules are not very complete in the country, how chould we do for planning and quantitative control the indicators, it is also an important issue with air conditioning engineers need to discuss.The rule with rooms for bone marrow transplantation defined as the level of under laminar flow, clean and grade 100 (NASA), but today there is few people study for it, and there are a lot of different solutions in hosiptials. So we decided to make this as a direction of the study, and it finds a useful solution finally. This paper is study with the middle of a new medical center in a bone marrow transplant room, according to its temperature and humidity, air flow direction, cleanliness, pressure, leakage, disinfection, medical wall configuration, the space environment, etc., to test and validation results, and we find more improving solutions: installing the ozone reduction system.It is for those can not be removed with the FFU system strains to handle the settlement of the object surface. Experiments show that the ability of this system for killing surface microorganisms, and after disinfecting, it starts with photocatalyst equipment to remove the residual ozone in the ward.The entire sterilization process is so quick, and no dead ends for disinfection, that it can save costs, reduce hospital infections, and increase the utilization of the ward.
