Due to amount the cutting tool need according the tool length to adjust the angle of the refrigerant spray nozzle, it is very inconvenience. Thus in our research, a reduction gear the spray nozzle is mounted in the side of the spindle, a CCD image identification system, and a control system used to create a Automatic Spray Nozzle Angle Control System.
