| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 研發科技與資訊管理研究所 === 99 === The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between leisure constraints and quality of life for diabetes patients of insulin therapy. A total of 196 valid questionnaires were collected from a sample of Hemodialysis Patients in Central Taiwan. One-Way ANOVA, T-test and regression analysis were used to measure the relationships among demographic variables, leisure constraints and quality of life for diabetes patients of insulin therapy. As expected, the results show that leisure constraints negatively and significantly influenced quality of life for diabetes patients of insulin therapy. The findings also revealed that some demographic variables significantly influenced leisure constraints and quality of life. The results are suggested to be useful references for reducing leisure constraints, in order to increase the level of quality of life for diabetes patients of insulin therapy. In addition, to reduce leisure constraints, enhance quality of life and patients’ healthy, understanding and controlling some demographic variables are also important.
