Therefore, in this article, I studied major findings and limitations of service innovation research and showed more customer-centric view of service innovation.
Finally, I present solutions and give suggestions on measurement tools of service innovation, customer level research of service innovation and conceptualization of radical service innovation to resolve problems of service innovation research and give a right direction for the next researchers
